As we move through further away from the aftermath of the pandemic, many of us continue to face daunting challenges, both personally and professionally. The pandemic required us to re-invent ourselves using equal measures of creativity, ingenuity and grit to stay tethered to our dreams, goals and ambitions.
For those individuals who seek the ability to become licensed trainers using the HorseDream® method, we now offer a dual online-off-line program.
The program is taught by Alyssa Aubrey, HorseDream® USA license holder. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Medicine Horse Ranch, a 1063- acre, 7th generation working cattle and dairy ranch in Northern, CA. Alyssa has been teaching horse assisted education and leadership for 20 years, and has served over 8500 clients, from all walks of life.

Day 1 ( 9:30 – 5 pm) (PST)
HorseDream® Leadership Seminar Concept
Theory and Videos
1) The Art of Leadership
2) Goals and Obstacles
Day 2 (12 noon - 5 pm) (PST)
Upon program completion, you will receive a HorseDream® certificate and you are eligible to join the EAHAE network ( 190 euros per year)

- Access to horses ( your own, or horses at a facility near you) for the second day of training
- This Program is Designed for: Those wishing to incorporate horses into professional leadership offers, or future careers.
- Previously licensed HorseDream® trainers/partners seeking to review, reboot and/or add a virtual component to their current offers.
- HorseDream® support staff training/exposure for “The Art of Leadership”.
- Individuals needing to gather 1000 field study horse for CBEIP credentialing or re-certification.
- Horse specialists interested in expanding their opportunities within the equine industry.
- College Students adding horse assisted experiential learning in preparation for career studies which includes horses.

- Prior to 12 noon, you will practice the activities we learned together in Day 1 with your horses and film videos of the activities. Includes a review of your videos, discussion, questions and answers including how to market your program.
