An online horse assisted workshop for certified experienced trainers, coaches and therapists interested in offering Horse Assisted Seminars virtually or face-to-face to business clientele.
HorseDream® now offers an online Art of Leadership component. The opportunity to offer this horse assisted leadership program virtually can leverage the ability to stay connected to your customers and expand your business potential, while being of service.
Our experience shows the on line venue is (almost) as emotionally powerful as being together with the horses directly.
The Art of Leadership can be packaged for your existing (or potential) clients/ customers in two on line formats; either as a one day seminar, or in four 90 minute segments.
We will discuss how the online concept can be applied in concert with our traditional face-to-face seminars and provide information on the technology used to implement.
The online material is also ideal for acquisition. The exercises, the transfer models and the results can be presented to HR managers and decision-makers with great impact.
Your training is one full day (see scheduled dates below) and includes are all videos and transfer models. Also included are sample questions to ask for the discussion rounds and discovered outcomes, along with proposals for the evaluations. You can use the program exactly as is, or customize to your needs.
A fast internet is a prerequisite for the training.
Training includes:
Three short videos for the advertisement in your social networks. These can also be individualized to include your contact information at the end of the videos.
An 18-minute video (English) that can be used as an introduction to the 1-day seminar or for individual coaching.
